American house singer, songwriter, record producer, DJ and promoter from Havre de Grace, Maryland on March 20, 1968.
Was a pre-med student in college, dropped out after being discovered by the Basement Boys.
Very popular on the European dance scene.
Ultra was one of the first house music artists with a major label deal when she was signed to [l=Warner Bros. Records] in the UK by [a=Cynthia Cherry] and [a=Peter Edge].
